Industrial machinery, automation components, hydraulic housings, and precision CNC-machined parts demand alloys with consistent mechanical properties and good machinability. Our casting alloys are engineered for dimensional stability across temperature ranges, low porosity, and predictable chip-breaking behaviour in CNC operations.

• ADC12 Die-Casting Alloy (EN AC-46000) — The workhorse alloy for industrial die-casting: pump bodies, gear housings, motor brackets. Si 9.6–12% for excellent die fill. Good machinability after T5/T6 heat treatment.
• AL-Si Alloy Ingot (EN 1706) — Preferred for gravity and sand casting of larger industrial components where controlled solidification is required. Lower Cu content reduces susceptibility to stress corrosion.
• A7 Primary Aluminium Ingot (EN 576) — Used by foundries as a dilution charge to adjust alloy chemistry when recycling scrap-heavy heats.
