At our 50,000 m² state-of-the-art facility, we perform standard and custom testing regimes to fulfill automotive Tier-1 PPAP specifications:
- ✓ Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES): Full 21-element breakdown checked multiple times per heat cycle to verify strict impurity limits (e.g., Fe ≤ 0.15% on premium grades).
- ✓ Hydrogen Gas Testing: In-line rotary degassers lower dissolved hydrogen content to ≤ 0.12 ml / 100g Al, measured via dynamic vacuum solidifying tests.
- ✓ Microstructure Modification: Precise additions of Strontium (Sr) or Sodium (Na) to modify silicon grain structure, enhancing alloy ductility and elongation.
